Talon’s new postal rate
program is available and you can download a free copy. Designed and written by the Talon
programming staff and updated for the July 2002 rates, this software is
indispensable if you plan mailings, need to know the latest postal regulations
or require instant postage estimates.

postal rates changed. To see the new rates
and to print them out please click on the link below.
Talon can help you save
money on postage by performing these services:
- Dupe Elimination – Talon will eliminate duplicate
addresses, even when the addresses contain misspellings or variations in
the street address.
- NCOA – Talon can update your mailing list with
the new addresses of people who have moved in the last three to four
years.
- DMA Pander File – We can remove people who do
not wish to receive direct mail.
This can help you increase your response rates while simultaneously
lowering your mailing costs.
- CASS Certification. Helps clean mailing lists and improve/fix bad
addresses. Our mailing software has been Coding
Accuracy Support System (CASS)-certified by the United States Postal
Service (USPS) for the CASS 2002-2003 address quality initiative,
effective August 1, 2002.
- Transportation to
Postal SCF and DDU facilities for reduced postage rates.
